4 hour SMART Repair in 30 seconds

Once booked in for your Smart repair appointment you will be given a time a slot, we ask that you make sure there is space to park the van and room for the technician to work on the vehicle when we arrive we will need access to power and the keys after that you can relax knowing your car will be expertly repaired 

First we protect the driveway with plastic to ensure there is no mess left behind after the jobs complete

Next we set up our commercial pop up gazebo to protect the car against rain and contaminants 

After that the tools are set up and the panel cleaned off and inspected 

Next week polish the panel on the car and take a reading with a spectrometer this is then uploaded onto our colour matching software with the manufacturers colour code which provides us with a 99% colour match formulation then the colour is mixed on site to match your cars specific shade 

After your colour is matched we then move into the preparation stage first we mask off any trims and adjacent panels to protect them, next the damage is sanded smooth and the adcent area scuffed to allow good adhesion, next the panel is cleaned off the entire car is covered in protective sheeting and masked off, then the repair area is primed with a high build primer then cured with infared lamps after that the primer is sanded smooth cleaned again ready for paint 

Once the panel is meticulously prepared and primed the base coat goes on built up in light coats u till the colour has reached full coverage then seamlessly blended Into the adjacent area after that two coats of high solid clear coat are applied to give it a glossy shine and protection after the paint is applied it is dried from the inside out using infared lights to cure the paint quickly and efficently 

Once the paint is cured and cooled down it is time to polish first we use a very fine 2000grit sandpaper to remove and imperfections in the clearcoat after the finish is smooth and flawless we then further refine the scratches using 3000 grit followed by a machine polish and a wax glaze leaving the painted panel free from any defects and a flawless finish after that the car is demasked and cleaned off leaving a invisible repair and a seamless finish
